My work is grounded in formal training through the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI), the first nationally accredited college of hypnotherapy. Their program shaped my understanding of subconscious patterning, nervous system regulation, and the deeper architecture of perception.I am also an active member of the American Hypnosis Association (AHA), continuing my education through advanced coursework, supervision, and ongoing professional development.This work is both art and science, and I honor both.
